This class is for ages 50 and older. Exercise in our low end of the pool. No need to know how to swim. This class is great for those with leg problems that can't handle the impact of land exercises. Classes start October 2nd and are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 - 10:00 am and are sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging. The cost is Free to Members! $3 per class for non-members.
Staying active at an older age requires keeping a range of motion and balance and this class does just that. Come join in the class and meet or reconnect with people your own age while staying fit while using a chair for support. This Class is also great for anyone who has never worked out or is recovering from health issues. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Cost is Free to Members! $3 per walk in for non-members
