Enjoy 60 minutes of cardio hip-hop dance fitness using today's hits and yesterday's favorites for a bass-filed, booty shaking working! Held Wednesdays from 7:15 - 8:15pm. Cost is Free to members.  $20 for a month or $6 each walk-in for non-members.


Spinning is a cardio (aerobic) workout set to music led by a certified instructor. You control everything from your speed and resistance to your intensity level, so it can be as easy or as challenging as you want it to be.

Bring a water bottle and a towel to class, because you will sweat. Classes are held different times throughout the week. SPACE IS LIMITED SO SIGN UP EARLY - Go to as many classes as you like in a month.

Gentle Yoga Flow   Relax, stretch and breathe. Join us for Yoga. All fitness levels are welcome.  All exercises are performed on the floor. Please bring a Yoga mat.  Classes are held Fridays from 11:15-11:45am and the cost is FREE to members and $20 a month for non-members or a walk-in fee of $6 per class.


A Full Body workout blending martial arts with great music in a choreographed routine. Win the war by gaining heart & lung function, strength, and flexibility.  Classes are held Friday from 5:00 - 6:00 pm.  The cost is Free to Members and $20 per month or $6 per class walk in fee for non-members. 


​An Advanced class that emphasizes toning and strengthening. Hand held weights, body weight, exercise balls and more are used in this class. In addition, be prepared to hone in on the torso and sling muscles. (core)

Aerobics (Power Step)

This advanced 55-minute cardio workout is a new take on classic, clear and concise step training program that make you work hard.

This class is perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance. The benefits of taking this class gives you less impact on your joints.

Body Pump is a group fitness class that strengthens you entire body and challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts & curls. This program has great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weights to inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!  Classes are taught by our very own certified instructors and are offered throughout the week to fit your busy schedule.  Be sure to stop in and see what it's all about.
