Les Mills BODYSTEP:

Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors.  Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30PM

Aquacize:

Aquacize is a beginner to intermediate level water aerobics class that features low impact and a moderate pace.  This class helps you tone your muscles, strengthen your lungs, and improve your spring in the water!

Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays 9 – 9:45AM & 10 – 10:45AM

Members = Free / Non-Members = $3 per class

HIIT:

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class is an excellent way to get results FAST! Maximum energy and effort exercises in short bursts are followed by recovery periods.  This class will help you burn fat and save time.

Mondays 5:30 – 6PM

Les Mills BODYPUMP:

BODYPUMP is a group fitness class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts & curls. This program has great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weights to inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Be sure to stop in and see what it’s all about.

Thursdays 5:45 – 6:45AM

Saturdays 8:30 – 9:15AM

PiYo:

PiYo is a combination of pilates, which focuses on muscle and core building, and yoga, which focuses on strength and flexibility. This total-body workout is designed to strengthen your muscles and improve flexibility.

Wednesdays 4:45 – 5:30PM

Stretch:

Stretch is a combination of stretching designed to increase your range of motion, balance, and relax your muscles.  If you want to ease tight muscles, reduce everyday aches and pains, lower stress, and improve posture and balance,  Stretch is just what you need.

WAR:

A Full Body workout blending martial arts with great music in a choreographed routine. Win the war by gaining heart & lung function, strength, and flexibility.

Fridays 5 – 6PM

Zumba:

An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

Mondays 4:15 – 5:15PM

Goshin Jutsu Karate: 

Goshen Jutsu Karate is an excellent source of exercise and a great discipline to learn for self defense!  For women and children ages 6 to 12.

Monday’s 7 – 8:30PM

Members = Free

Non-Members =$5 per class or $15 per month or $40 per 3 months

Silver Sneakers:

Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels.

Yoga: 

In our Yoga class, the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

Monday’s 7:30 – 8:30PM

Non-Members =$3 per class

Zumba Gold:

Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological, and psychological needs of seniors.
