Body Sculpting:

This workout incorporates functional strength training.  We use weights and bodyweight for a safe and motivating class.

Boot Camp:

HIIT training at is best!!!  This class is a fusion of Cardio, Plyometric, strength and agility training.  See what you got.  See the Sweat, feel the burn, love the results!!!


BODYPUMP is a group fitness class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts & curls. This program has great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weights to inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!  Classes are taught by our very own certified instructors and are offered throughout the week to fit your busy schedule.  Be sure to stop in and see what it’s all about.


PIYO combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.  And we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined.


Spinning is a cardio workout set to music led by an experienced instructor. You control everything from your speed and resistance to your intensity level, so it can be as easy or as challenging as you want it to be.

An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

Goshin Jutsu Karate: 

Monday’s 7-8:30PM – A Karate class for women and children ages 6 to 12 years of age.

Thursday’s 7-8:30PM – A Karate class open to adults and youth who demonstrate enough discipline to participate.

Goshen Jutsu Karate is an excellent source of exercise and a great discipline to learn for self defense!  Both classes are free to our members.

Lunch Crunch:

Lunch Crunch is an intense 30 minute core workout designed for all levels.  This low impact workout will help you make good use of your lunch break and get you back to work feeling energized.
